Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website or engaging our services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Zyntra website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Zyntra provides digital agency services including web development, mobile app development, brand identity design, SEO services, and UI/UX design. The scope of each project is defined in a separate Statement of Work or project proposal agreed upon by both parties.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all fees, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for their project. Zyntra retains the right to display the work in its portfolio. All pre-existing tools, frameworks, and third-party assets remain the property of their respective owners.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in the project proposal. Typically, projects require a 50% deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. Late payments may incur a 2% monthly interest charge. Zyntra reserves the right to pause work on projects with outstanding payments.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the project. This includes business strategies, technical specifications, and client data. This obligation continues for 2 years after the completion of the project.

6. Limitation of Liability

Zyntra's liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We do not guarantee specific results such as search engine rankings or conversion rates.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed to date. Zyntra will provide all completed deliverables up to the termination date.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration.
